Agreement

By requesting a quote or booking a job through this site you agree to these terms. Our services are offered to customers aged 18 or over. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this site before submission are estimates generated from the details you enter. They are not binding. A confirmed quote is issued by our team after reviewing your job, and only the confirmed price is binding. If details you provided were materially inaccurate (items, access, floors, distance), we will tell you before starting and you may accept the revised price or cancel free of charge.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once we confirm the date, time and price to you. Payment is due as agreed — by card through our payment provider, bank transfer or cash on completion. Prices include everything stated in your confirmed quote; there are no hidden fees. Any additional charges (e.g. extra items, extra stops) are only applied with your agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure items are ready to move at the agreed time, and that there is legal parking/access at both addresses.
• Declare all items honestly, including anything heavy, fragile or requiring disassembly.
• Do not ask us to carry dangerous, illegal or perishable goods.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We take reasonable care of your belongings and hold goods-in-transit and public liability cover. Items should be insured by you for their full value; we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for goods packed by you that break in transit due to inadequate packing. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the job unless caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
